My MWP takes exactly 36 pills everyday (as of today which will no doubt change before I hit save). When first starting this journey it was quite difficult to manage all her medication and making sure she took her pills on time, everyday, every two hours. Until we found this game changer of a product. This product by LiveFine allows us to prepare 4 days at a time. It will sound an alarm for each dose – and that alarm will not stop until someone literally picks up the unit and turns it over to dispense the pills. It really has been a game changer and we HIGHLY recommend it.

While she managed this herself a few years ago – now that we have caretakers it’s much easier for them as well. I fill the pill dispense (we call it the “puck”) and they simply grab the meds and make sure she takes it at every dose. They then mark it on the daily sheet along with whether she is ‘on’, ‘off’ or ‘manic’. I do recommend ordering a second key in case the first one is misplaced.
